Micro-Trak VHF Antennas
These SMA antennas are all compatible with all the Micro-Trak transmitters.
Rubber Duck Antennas
These factory made antennas will work with all Micro-Trak transmitters, as well as any handheld radio with an SMA antenna jack.
The V2 is longer with a sturdy whip, while the V4 is more compact and flexible.

Micro-Trak VHF Antenna V7
The Micro-Trak VHF Antenna V7 is a telescoping half-wave antenna with an SMA connector.
It has been tuned for 144.39 MHz, but should work well over the entire 2-meter band.
The bottom is a flexible spring to reduce torque on the radio SMA connector.
The extened length is 24 inches and the collapsed length is 6.5 inches. Gain is 3 dB.
Micro-Trak VHF Antenna V7 - $30.
Micro-Trak VHF Antenna V3
The Micro-Trak VHF Antenna V3 is a factory made external VHF antenna with a "Hershey-Kiss" magnet mount base for use with many hand held radios, and the Micro-Trak APRS transmitters.
This antenna whip is very flexible. If using a Micro-Trak in a vehicle, an external antenna, such as this one, is highly recommened.
Frequency: 144-148 MHZ
Length: 20 inches
Weight: 2.7 ounce
Connector: SMA Male
Cable: RG-174 10 feet
Magnet Diameter: 1.25 inches
Micro-Trak VHF Antenna V3 - $19.
Large Mag-Mount V9 Antenna
This factory made antennas will work with all Micro-Trak transmitters, as well as any handheld radio with an SMA antenna jack. They have the larger RG-58 Coax,
so they are useable with the MT-RTG 50.
|Max Power||50 Watts|
|Length||22 in / 56 cm|
|Whip diameter||2.5 mm|
|Base Diameter||3.5 in|
Micro-Trak VHF Antenna V6
The Micro-Trak VHF Antenna V6 is center fed 2-meter dipole antenna that comes with a 12" SMA coax.
The overall length is 37 in and the elements are flexible spring-steel 0.032 music wire. Antenna weight without coax is 0.4 oz.
The wire ends are rolled into a loop for safety.
It provides a considerable signal boost over the rubber duck alternatives, and was primarily deisgned for high altitude balloons.
Micro-Trak VHF Antenna V6 - $40.
Stubby short Antenna V10
The Micro-Trak VHF Antenna V10 is a very small antenna with an SMA connector. Due to this size,
it will help when used with the MF-15 to generate less RF radiated power, making it easier to hunt when close in.
Micro-Trak VHF Antenna V10 - $19.
