PICPAC is a packet radio tool with a 16x4 LCD screen, that can be used for many different functions.
It can interface to a radio to send and receive packet, and to a computer to send and receive serial.
It also has a speaker, and 2 button inputs.

Warning: Some builders have reported that the LCD resistor SIP will crack if the screws
holding the display to the PCB are over tightened. This is repairable, but should be avoided.
4 washers will be added to all new kits to add more separation. More details at the
PICPAC group.
